November 2009, the Jefferson Animal Clinic is so excited about the new source of income that they actually called me (and all others on their list) to make a sales pitch:
"The flu vaccination is available now for your dog!"

HUH ?
Whew, and it's only $50 (here in Denver) for the most unnecessary thing I know of (next to swine flu vaccination)!

Remember: misery loves company. One scared creature tries to scare other creatures... and in this case again for the big money!

So, tell me again, why is the vet calling me for my sturdy healthy bordercollie-dingo mix???

And to make it really clear: of course I do NOT vaccinate my dog! Even if she would have a pushed-in face ;-)
I'm not falling into this fear trap technique. I wish my old vet all the best, but I'm looking now for a real doc!

UFOs and Aliens

When I was a young child, I often at night time stared out of the window into the dark sky with its trillions of stars. I just knew, from deep down within, that the earth in our galaxy is not any bigger than one little atom within my body... impossible to envision how big the entire universe would be.
Our world seems so big if you have to walk, with an empty petrol can in your hand, to the next fueling station, yet in comparison to its surrounding it is so incredible small - actually, it's small beyond imagination! Vice versa you could say the universe is vast beyond imagination.

The theory, that there could be other life-forms out there, even much more sophisticated than us, is not spectacular to me at all, it's the natural conclusion after trying to understand the unfathomable vastness of the universe.
And I said "trying to understand", because a human brain in fact can not comprehend such dimensions, yet with some effort we can hope to grasp the idea, which will reveal itself through a combination of thought, intuition and feeling, or call it a moment of divine perception.

And yes, here comes my point: Of course I do believe in "aliens". First of all, according to the US government, I'm a legal resident alien myself. Secondly, I have no doubt in my mind that there are life-forms out there, which are far more developed than we earthlings. It is my understanding, that "what a human can think of may exist, sooner or later", therefore I suspect that also spaceships indeed are cruising around, but until a spaceship has parked in my backyard and I could shake hands with some awesome beings, I will not spread the word solely based on the assumption of their existence.

I've seen so many supposed proofs of alien spacecrafts in the form of photos and even videos, but as a "digital artist" I'm telling you, that there isn't any material yet that I couldn't have created myself. I'm not saying all this material is a fake, I'm saying that I was not the first-hand witness, I can't prove it. And you, too, can watch as many movies as you like, and hear as many interviews as you like, see as many websites with as many stories as you like, you still don't know. You are consuming "second hand information" and it leaves you with nothing but assumptions on your part, UNTIL you see it for yourself.

It's a funny thing with our brain. If it hears something often enough it assumes it is true. And as often as we hear about UFO sightings, most of us have fully integrated the idea of UFOs all around us.

Some of us believe that there are thousands of spaceships hanging out near earth, hiding with special technology, waiting to help and guide us, or even to pick us up every once in a while, like a holiday trip for all those who believe the most.
Not enough, there are some who believe that the good spaceships need our help, because they are in battle with bad spaceships... WOW, stop, I think we have problems to solve on this planet before we start solving interplanetary issues!

Spacecrafts, super-technology, and high-end science are nothing but yet another form of 3-dimensional illusion. It seems impressive to command a spaceship, to shoot with laser guns, to beam a physical existence from one point to another. I for one am all excited about the idea of a replicator device with creates on command a perfect meal and disposal of the dishes after; or, to start with, I would love to have a robot who cleans the house. But let's be perfectly clear: this is all about the physical world. This is nothing but the expansion of the human mind's capacity out into the space. No matter how thrilling a sci-fi movie about intergalactic space war might appear... it's merely the old caveman's behavior in high-tech extended surrounding.

Following a linear logic, I believe that the technological development indeed just has started, but the true evolution I'm hunting after is on solely energetic level. The sighting of a spaceship, let alone hugging aliens and sipping exotic drinks in their fancy spaceship bars, is the next generation of three dimensional experience, and guarantees lots of fun. But as a matter of fact, it's still all about material issues.
The real big thing happens internal, through the discovery of the soul as the true carrier of all life forms. Becoming the master of space and time by overcoming all affairs of the material world remains the ultimate goal for all of us. And with certainty, I can predict, that the efforts for spiritual enfoldment will be carried over into the age of space and time travel, no doubt.

In conclusion: the spaceship and alien stuff is definitely overrated! It's a nice distraction from those tasks which should be accomplished within, here, now, and down to earth. But the soothing news is: if you don't claim your lightbody and the true mastery over matter and physicality in this life time, well, there will be others, and they become more and more exciting as time goes by...

And to be perfectly honest with you: in a few years from now, right before I ascend into my highest consciousness, I can see myself as a little old lady, frizzy white hair, breaking all speed limits with my little green flying saucer...:-)

Chemtrails ... huh?

► Every once in a while I receive a concerned email about chemtrails. Hmmm... here's my ultimate answer:

If the so-called "chemtrails" would be really existing, trust me, the entire rest of the world would fight the US!
Countries observe each other closely, and do you believe, that Germany, France, Sweden, and ALL the OTHER COUNTRIES would allow the US to put poison in Their air, too?
Because whatever gets blown into the air is a global matter!

Also, I do not create, neither in thought nor in spoken word, a world in which such insanity could take place... :-)
The chem-trail matter is a conspiracy theory and a total hoax. In my perception and in my creation of world.

I've chosen the new world, the new earth, the heaven on earth, that is which I desire to create.

Yes, it's not easy to stay focused on MY plan for this world, because too many conspiracy folks try to keep us down in the dark, but with my last breath I commit myself to the deep desire for the Light!

If you think that I'm blind for "the so-called reality", rest assured that I'm solely and on purpose blind for the reality of those who have chosen the darkness to prevail.
There are options, even when it comes to "reality", because the truth is, there is nothing but perception, and we can CHOOSE this perception.

My all time favorite final quote by Wayne Dyer:
"Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change!"

Menopause is NOT a disease!

There are many phases of a woman's life, none of which are diseases. All together they are: to be born, to be in puberty, to give birth, to be in menopause, and to die. Just a very normal and natural circle through life. None of these five phases needs to be hard. It is actually meant to be easy and enjoyable, but men's fear of women's unleashed power has changed women's perceptions about themselves throughout the centuries.

But first, let's examine the traditional look at what menopause is:

Menopause or "Climacteric" is a process, not a certain day. The ovaries' production of estrogen slows. When the ovaries stop releasing eggs, menstruation ends. Hormone levels fluctuate, causing changes just as they did during adolescence. The changes leading to menopause may seem much more intense than those during puberty. The intensity will be affected by a woman's feelings about herself in general, and about aging, including her reactions to social judgments about aging!

The average age for menopause is fifty-one, but there are many women reaching this phase either earlier or later. There are no rules, and no age to reach menopause is better than the other.

That's it. It is that easy.

Women who don't know any more than this, walk through their life without any spectacular crisis. They learn, grow, gain wisdom and live for the benefit of themselves and their surrounding.

And then there is this so-called modern civilized society, with lots of "information" going around. It is almost impossible not to hear someone (and most likely a woman) saying: "Just wait and see and feel, how the mood-swings and hot-flashes will tear you down!"

Women share, from generation to generation, their experiences -- projecting their perceptions of truth and reality from mother to daughter to granddaughter. Girlfriends share among girlfriends, and women’s magazines share with their readers.

It is interesting to observe groups of women. Some experience menopause as just another part of their lives. Others experience tremendous menopause dramas. If menopause were a difficult time per se, all women would have a difficult time. Thank God, it is quite the opposite: menopause is a piece of cake.

Reaching that conclusion can be a life-long journey, but all it takes is the right mind set, a positive attitude, the unconditional love for your own body, mind, and soul, and the trust that God's creation is perfect!

From a spiritual look, menopause is the time in a woman's life when she has the chance to fully claim her part of the universal wisdom. It is said that this is a woman's last chance for awakening, if she hasn't done this job before. Menopause is a very powerful phase, filled with insights of extraordinary quality, wisdom and the power to influence and change society.

This influence must have been scary to men throughout the centuries and therefore, birth, menstruation, menopause and all other female-related issues have been declared as ugly, dirty and sick. If women are occupied "healing all their diseases," they will not have much self-esteem, energy and time left to use their powers otherwise!

And…a thought to contemplate: WHO says hot flashes are bad? I, for one, have declared them funny and truly enjoy them.

Menopause is meant to be a wonderful time in a woman's life. Maybe it is the best time of all. Let's embrace the changes and enjoy the outcome, rather than judging it based on "doubtable information."

So as always: Believe nothing, not even this article. Find your own truth within --Know Thyself-- but allow yourself the possibility of experiencing your menopause as a marvelous menopause!

being no-body trying to be some-body

My spiritual quest started when I felt like being nobody... at first a very painful experience in my head, more painful than any physical pain.
Today, decades later, I'm still nobody, but that I am with pleasure!

I AM not a body, not A body, not any body, I AM no-body, because I AM a Soul... yes, in a body at this point in time, but nonetheless "nobody but soul".

The more we TRY TO BE the more we end up being no-body trying to be some-body. With some luck on our self-discovery quest we can experience the feeling of being nothing and the true meaning of nobody, which in return will lead to the ultimate experience of being a Soul in a Body.

After that kind of experiences it doesn't matter any longer if you are rich or poor, leader or hermit, thinker or dreamer, because it all is equal in the eyes of God. We all together are: Source experiencing itself through all there is.

Stop being no-body trying to be some-body... be your Soul in a body and enjoy the moments in the Now with gratetitude.
